Transformer Built – Up Core

We manufacture Built-up Core for Distribution and Power Transformers upto 10 MVA. Assembly with core frame and insulating material as per the customer’s specifications and design, tested for no-load losses (by false turns) And appropriately packed and ready for insertion of LV and HV coils.

We also offer Core Coil Assembly, the active component of every transformer upto 10 MVA/33 KV class fully tested for load and no-load losses.

A pre-measurement of the core losses guarantees the required no load losses.
